Grant Achatz, chef of Trio, has won the James Beard award for best "rising star chef". Well deserved.

I would love to see the program again, and tape it for my staff. We are caterers on Boca Raton, Florida, and admire the talent of Chef Achatz and his staff!!! Simply amazing!!!

I experienced the “Tour de Force” menu. It was the best meal I ever had in my life. 25 courses of the most flavor blasting food ever.

We are from Easton, PA. We have never been to Chicago, so hopefully if we do , we will definitely go there, hopefully to meet him!
